Life is so beautiful and so tragic at the same time.

The younger son of a very modest family we know through one of our collaborators, died suddenly leaving his parents, brother and rest of the family devastated.

You know what makes losing your child even harder than already is? Not having the money to pay for his burial.

And that was the case for this heartbroken parents when they had to face the most unexpected and painful situation of all. We found out they were able to raise some of the cost of the funeral within 24 hours of their son’s passing, thanks to other relatives, but they were struggling to come up with the rest and the clock was ticking. We sent the money straight away so they could take that enormous weight off their shoulders, and focus on giving their son a well deserved goodbye.

We will never forget the conversation with them over the phone once they found out the remaining bills were paid for. “Their angels” they called us. But none of this would have been possible without your support: you are the true angel on all this. From these forever grateful parents and us, thank you. A massive difference was made to the life of this family at their most difficult time.
